CTL Capital provided a loan and federal lease financing of $7.15mm for the refinancing of a GSA lease tenanted by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). The Property serves as the headquarters for the Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary, which protects a nationally significant collection of nearly 100 historic shipwrecks in Lake Huron off the Michigan coast.
