CTL sale-leaseback financing of Hy-Vee retail portfolio

CTL Capital provided a $135,000,000 credit tenant lease loan for the sale-leaseback of a 650,000 sf portfolio of retail properties leased to Hy-Vee, Inc. The 25-year CTL financing included extended amortization and was not cross collateralized. The portfolio consisted of a mix of  grocery stores and convenience / gas stations throughout six states.
