CTL Capital provided CTL Loans of over $200mm in aggregate for the financing of University Housing in London, England, Geneva, Switzerland, and Sydney, Australia. These loans were secured by NNN leases to well-known, US based Universities. A few of the loans were for the renovation and construction of new luxury student housing facilities, while others were secured by dormitories for various study abroad programs.
