CTL Capital recently closed a complex $45,000,000 lease-backed acquisition loan for a 700,000+ SF data center campus leased to Bank of America. The credit tenant lease had over 5 years remaining with no rent due, adding to the complexity of the transaction. Funding for the CTL loan was raised via private placement bonds structured and placed exclusively by CTL Capital’s direct affiliate CTL Securities LLC, a FINRA registered broker/dealer.
